🔵 Step 1: Gently touch the tips of your index and middle fingers to the base of your thumb.
🟠 Step 2: Place your thumb over these two fingers.
🟢 Step 3: Pair this with some deep, calming breaths 🌬️. Focus on slow inhales and exhales for maximum benefit.

🚫 Important: Avoid practicing this mudra for at least 30 minutes after a meal.
